Our programs follow the Gymnastics Australia Individual pathway — from first-time beginners through the competitive levels to our senior squads. Your daughter is placed in the right group after her trial assessment.

We strive to help children improve their confidence and body coordination, while preparing those who wish to for the competitive world of gymnastics. Whether your daughter is here to dance, to compete, or to fall in love with the apparatus for the first time — she will be supported.
A history three decades in the making
Founded in 1993, our academy has Olympic coaching heritage, has represented Australia on the international stage, and introduced Aesthetic Group Gymnastics to the country. The same coaching philosophy and commitment to excellence continue today.
