Our Academy offers rhythmic gymnastics classes for girls aged 4 years and up. We have programs designed to meet each girl's abilities, potential and commitment — from first-time beginners through the competitive levels to our senior squads, following the Gymnastics Australia Individual pathway.
We strive to help children develop confidence, coordination and creativity, while preparing those who wish to compete for the demands of the sport.

Foundation
Beginner Rhythmic Gymnastics — where new gymnasts build the dance steps and apparatus basics.
Competitive Levels
A progressive competitive pathway, Levels 1–10, following the Gymnastics Australia Individual framework. Gymnasts are placed at the right level after assessment.
Squads
Our senior pathway — Development, Sub Junior, Pre Junior, Junior International and Senior International — for committed gymnasts competing at state, national and international level.
